British Columbia wildfires — Support from belairdirect

In light of the ongoing wildfire situation in British Columbia, belairdirect has advised us that they are actively monitoring conditions across the province. Members insured with belairdirect who need to submit non-urgent claims are encouraged to do so through the belairdirect App or Client Centre for a simple, convenient, and efficient claims process.

Additional Living Expenses – What members should know

If a belairdirect member has been displaced due to a civil authority ordered mass evacuation, they may be eligible for Additional Living Expenses coverage under their home insurance policy. This can help recover reasonable costs such as temporary accommodations and meals while they are unable to return home. You are encouraged to keep all receipts and contact belairdirect as soon as possible for guidance.
