Rosa joined the BCHF in 2019 as Treasurer and served as President from 2022-2025. Over the past seven years, her appreciation for the values of the BCHF and the commitment of its members to public history has grown. Working with the talented members of the BCHF Board and seeing what can be achieved with a skilled, compassionate, and responsive team and limited resources, has been inspiring. Rosa received her accounting designation CPA (CA) in 1993 with Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver. Since she left public practice in 2000, Rosa has created curriculum, taught professional development courses, and facilitated participatory decision making and capacity building in not-for-profit environments. She has enjoyed her first year as Past President and her continuing as Treasurer.
