Greg is a radio news reporter from Trail. In 2021, he co-wrote Lost Kootenays, a photo history book based on a popular Facebook group of the same name. In 2025, he self-published The King of Sandon, a biography of the founder of what is now a ghost town in the Slocan Valley. Greg is active with several historical societies in West Kootenay. He publishes a local history blog, The Kütne Reader, and another blog about the Patrick family of hockey history fame.
